YCFDW Eleanor Roosevelt -
Woman of the Year

(This event has been temporarily suspended)

The "Woman of the Year" Program was begun in 2008 as a way to honor the service and commitment of one of our members to the principles and values of the Democratic Party and to our organization. A committee is formed each year to determine who best exemplifies those principles and values from among names suggested or submitted by our members, or by the committee itself. The person selected is then honored at a September luncheon and receives an award selected especially for them.
